This role serves as the central coordination hub for all programming and content—spanning weekend services, digital platforms, and worship music releases—ensuring consistency, timeliness, and strategic promotion across every channel.

Principal Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Manage and maintain the Central Programming Pastor’s calendar
- Coordinate cross-department meetings, rehearsals, writing sessions, and planning cycles
- Align timelines across service programming, content creation, and music releases
- Ensure all volunteers and contractors are scheduled and prepared in advance
Service & Programming Coordination
- Build and distribute weekly service run sheets and programming documents
- Align worship sets, production elements, and creative content into a unified flow
- Track deadlines for all service components (scripts, slides, media, transitions)
- Ensure all teams are informed, equipped, and ready for execution
Worship Music Release Coordination
- Coordinate timelines for songwriting, recording, and release schedules
- Track deliverables for each release (audio, video, artwork, metadata, lyrics)
- Partner with worship and comms & creative teams to execute promotion plans
- Build and manage pre-release, launch, and post-release timelines
- Ensure alignment between live service moments and released music
Communications & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate timelines for content creation, approvals, and distribution
- Ensure messaging consistency across services, social media, app, and music platforms
- Facilitate collaboration between ministry departments and creative teams
- Maintain visibility on content pipelines to prevent bottlenecks
Content & Distribution Alignment
- Ensure all content is delivered and scheduled appropriately across:
- In-service environments (screens, video elements)
- Social media platforms
- Church app
- Internal communications (emails, team updates)
- Music distribution and promotional channels
- Verify accuracy, timing, and consistency of messaging across all platforms
- Align publishing schedules with services, campaigns, and music releases
Project & Task Management
- Track action items from programming, creative, and worship meetings
- Manage timelines for sermon series, campaigns, major events, and song releases
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify delays or gaps and escalate as needed
Meeting Preparation & Execution
- Prepare agendas, planning documents, and supporting materials
- Capture and distribute clear notes with next steps and ownership
- Ensure meetings are structured, efficient, and outcome-driven
Systems & Workflow Management
- Maintain and improve systems for service planning, content workflows, and music release processes
- Organize shared assets (documents, media, templates, song files)
- Help implement scalable workflows for communications, creative, app, and music distribution
- Support rapid adjustments when programming or release plans change
