Principal Responsibilities
Sunday Execution & Portable Operations
The LP owns Sunday mornings from beginning to end — making real-time decisions, managing the full timeline from volunteer call-time through teardown, maintaining venue relationships, and preaching when called upon.
Strategic Leadership & Campus Growth
Champions the Newlands vision at the campus level by leading an intentional meeting rhythm, monitoring campus health, surfacing growth barriers with solutions, and managing the campus budget.
